A hose only leaves our factory once it has passed four stages of inspection and testing.
Raw Material Inspection
Incoming rubber compounds, steel wire and fabric plies are checked for grade, strength and consistency before production begins.
Production Monitoring
In-line operators monitor wall thickness, reinforcement spacing and curing parameters throughout the entire build.
Pressure & Burst Testing
Finished hoses are pressure tested, and samples are taken to destruction to confirm the burst rating of each batch.
Abrasion & Aging Tests
Abrasion resistance and aging performance are verified so the hose holds up in the field, not just in the lab.
