Everything you need to know about ordering industrial rubber hose from us — minimum quantities, samples, sizes and pressure ratings, customization, lead times and payment. Click any question to open its answer.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the hose type. Standard cloth-inserted and water hose starts at around 500 metres, while large-diameter dredging and sand suction hose typically starts at 100 metres per size. For a first trial order we can be flexible — tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is workable.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We can send short sample sections (usually 0.5 to 1 metre) so you can inspect the rubber compound, reinforcement layering and end fittings in your own hands. Samples are free of charge — you only cover the courier cost.

What sizes and pressure ratings do you offer?

We manufacture from ID 2″ to 22″ (51 to 560 mm). Working pressure is typically 10 to 25 bar depending on construction and diameter, and every hose is pressure- and burst-tested in-house before it ships. Tell us your flow rate and working pressure and we will recommend the right build.

Can the hoses be customized to my specification?

Almost everything is customizable — inner diameter, length (up to 12 metres), pressure rating, abrasion level and end connections such as flanged, camlock or fully bespoke fittings. Send your drawing or written specification and we will produce exactly to it.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard hose ships in roughly 15 to 20 working days after we confirm your order. Custom specifications and large-diameter orders usually take 25 to 35 working days. The exact schedule for your order is always stated in the quotation.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (30% deposit with the balance before shipment) — just let us know when you request a quote.
