We produce rubber hose from inner diameter 2 inches (51 mm) up to 22 inches (559 mm), in standard 6 m and 12 m lengths or cut to your exact requirement.
Can you build a hose to my own specification?
Yes. Send us the inner diameter, length, working pressure, medium and end connection — flange, camlock, nipple or built-in coupling — and we will manufacture it to that specification.
Which hose should I use for dredging sand and slurry?
For sand, silt and gravel slurry choose our flange dredging rubber hose or double steel wire sand suction hose. Both use a wear-resistant liner with fabric and steel-wire reinforcement to resist abrasion and vacuum collapse.
Do you supply concrete pump hose and oil resistant hose?
Yes. We make high-temperature cement and powder delivery hose for bulk tankers, plus static-conductive oil resistant suction and discharge hose for crude oil, diesel and hydraulic oil.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
Small trial orders are welcome. Standard hoses usually ship in 7 to 15 days, and custom-built hoses take 15 to 25 days depending on length and quantity.
